1. How to sell prepaird credits (e-load and e-PIN) to your customers?

To sell electronic loads to your customers, send a SMS/TXT to your UPP access number with the following format:

PRODUCT CODE<space>AMOUNT <space>MOBILE#<space>PIN


The product codes of all of the products are in the UPP product list. Don't forget to use the exact product code and send the SMS/TXT to your assigned UPP access number.

 

2. How to sell SMART load wallet to traditional SMART e-load retailers?

To sell SMART load wallet to traditional SMART e-load retailer, send a SMS/TXT to your UPP access with the following format,

ELOAD<space>AMOUNT<space>SMART E-LOAD RETAILER#<space>PIN

3. How to check available UPP load wallet (credits)?

To check available UPP credits, send a SMS/TXT to your UPP access with the following format,

INQ<space>PIN

4. How to replenish UPP load wallet using SMART Money?

You can replenish your UPP load wallet (credits) with ease and convenience using your SMART Money account. After applying for a SMART Money account, you should register your SMART Money account numbet using your UPP activated SIM card by texting:

SMARTMONEY<space>SMARTMONEY# <space>PIN

to your assigned UPP access number. Wait for the confirmation message indicating your successful registration.

You can now buy UPP credits by transferring from your SmART MONEY account to UPP's SMART MONEY account number 5577 5151 2607 9101 (do transfer to this SMART MONEY account number only)

5. How to replenish UPP load wallet using G-Cash?

You can replenish your UPP load wallet (credits) using your GLOBE G-Cash account. Using your activated UPP SIM card, register your G-Cash account to UPP, by texting the following:

GCASH<space>FIRST NAME/LAST NAME/PIN
and send to your assigned UPP access number. Wait for the confirmation message indicating your successful registration.

6. How to replenish UPP load wallet by making a bank deposit?

You can replenish your UPP load wallet (credits) by making a bank deposit to one of the bank accounts of MEGA CELLULAR NETWORK INC.

1. Make a deposit to one of the following banks. Please make the deposit from 9:00AM- 1:00 PM only from Monday-Friday.

7. How to change your UPP acount PIN?

To change your account PIN, send a SMS command to your access number using the following format:

CHGPIN<space>CURRENT PIN<space> NEW PIN<space>RETYPE NEW PIN

You can also request a new PIN from your dealer. For security and safety of your UPP account, keep your account info and password confidential.

 

For example :

CHGPIN 123456 654321 654321

 

8. How to view your previous UPP transactions?

UPP allows retailers to view their previous transactions. By sending a SMS command, you would be able to view your last five (5) transactions. Use the following SMS format:

LTR<space>PIN

Use this command to resend electronic PIN orders only.
  • CS<space>PIN<space>YOUR INQUIRY

Use this command send your questions or inquiries about UPP.
